  • This package is tailored for parents preparing for mediation, legal proceedings, or facing high-conflict co-parenting situations.   • Co-Parenting Mastery is built for exactly that situation. You’ll learn boundary scripts, parallel-parenting tactics, and legal-ready agreements that work even when the other parent refuses to play fair.

  • No, I do not provide legal advice. I strongly recommend consulting with your lawyer or relevant authorities regarding any legal matters, such as deadlines, custody arrangements, or financial allowances. My services focus solely on coaching and emotional support, helping you navigate life changes.

  • Yes, all conversations are strictly confidential in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics. However, if I believe you or your children are in danger, I reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities. Please remember that your safety is my highest priority.

  • The coaching process can sometimes bring up strong emotions. If you ever feel overwhelmed, we will adjust the pace of our sessions and ensure you have the support you need. I am here to guide you through the challenges, but if it becomes clear that therapeutic support is more appropriate, I will refer you to a licensed therapist.

  • During our initial sessions, I assess whether coaching is the best approach for your situation. If I believe therapy would be more beneficial, I will inform you immediately and can refer you to a therapist if you wish. In this case, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be available if fewer than three coaching sessions have been completed.

  • Absolutely. Many clients add booster sessions for targeted support between program calls or after the program ends - think of it as a tune-up to keep momentum strong.

  • Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your session via the link provided in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations or changes should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please note, non-showups are not eligible for refunds, but I am happy to reschedule your session.

  • I generally do not offer refunds for coaching services. However, in cases where I believe therapy would be more beneficial than coaching, I may refer you to a therapist. In such instances, a refund of up to 50% of the coaching fee is possible if fewer than three sessions have been completed. No refunds are provided for non-attendance; however, sessions can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

  • If you or your children are in immediate danger or experience any abuse, please call the police or emergency services right away. My coaching services are not a substitute for legal or emergency assistance.
