1. Definitions & Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of coaching services, digital content, workshops, masterclasses, memberships, and community access (collectively, “Services”) provided by Jana Marie Hoffmann (“Coach”, “I”, “me”). By accessing or purchasing any Services via janamariehoffmann.com, you (the “Client”) agree to these Terms.
2. Services
- One‑off Sessions & Packages: Individual coaching, booster sessions, program bundles.
- Digital Content: E‑books, recordings, worksheets delivered immediately after purchase.
- Workshops & Masterclasses: Live online events via Zoom, Google Meet, Instagram Live, LinkedIn Live, YouTube.
- Memberships: Recurring subscription plans (Essential Circle, Empowerment Circle) with premium content and WhatsApp community.
- Community & Check‑ins: Private WhatsApp Business group for accountability and peer support.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due up‑front and processed via Squarespace (Stripe/PayPal). No deposits or installment plans apply. Memberships auto-renew monthly until canceled by the Client.
Failed Payments: The system retries failed charges. If unsuccessful, membership is canceled. Clients may reactivate at any time via their account.

Chargebacks: Clients must notify Coach in writing at least 14 days before disputing any payment. Unauthorized chargebacks or reversals will incur collection costs equal to 10% of the purchased service fee plus any bank and transaction fees.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sessions & Memberships: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Non‑attendance is not refundable but may be rescheduled based on available booking spots.
Digital Content: All digital goods are non‑refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge immediate delivery and waive the 14‑day withdrawal right.
Discretionary Refunds: Coach may, at sole discretion, refund up to 50% of coaching fees if fewer than three sessions are completed and therapy is recommended. Refunds will not exceed 50% and only when required by law or at Coach’s discretion.
Expiry: Unused sessions expire six months after purchase and are forfeited.
5. Right of Withdrawal Waiver
By purchasing and immediately accessing digital content, you expressly waive your right to withdraw under EU consumer laws.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters). Coach will reschedule live events when practicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges that coaching is a personal development service with no guaranteed results. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Coach’s total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. Coach is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in Services.
8. Warranty & Disclaimers
The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend entirely on the Client’s participation, commitment, and compliance with guidance.
9. Free & Discounted Coaching Sessions
- At sole discretion, Coach may offer free sessions for promotions, giveaways, or educational purposes.
- Free sessions cannot be claimed or demanded and are non-transferable.
- Members with active memberships may receive discounted rates; upon membership cancellation or expiration, standard rates apply.
- Clients receiving free sessions agree to provide a testimonial and publish a review on designated platforms.
- Coach may revoke free offers if testimonial commitments are unmet or if the Client violates these Terms.
10. Confidentiality
All session content is confidential under the ICF Code of Ethics. Coach may disclose if Client or child is at risk of harm. Client agrees not to share recordings or proprietary materials without prior written consent.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials (slides, templates, e-books) remain Coach’s property. Client receives a non-transferable license for personal use only. Clients may take private notes but may not reproduce or distribute materials.
12. Community & WhatsApp Group Rules
- Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior only. No hate speech, sharing personal data, or unauthorized distribution of content.
- Privacy & Visibility: Group discussions are visible to all members; avoid posting sensitive information.
- Moderation: Violations result in a warning; repeated breaches lead to removal. Reports with screenshots accepted via contact form.
- Community Integrity: No self-promotion of competing services; maintain supportive dialogue.
13. Data & Privacy
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. By using Services, you consent to those terms.
14. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall first be mediated in Stockholm under ICF mediation guidelines or legal counseling per Swedish law. Failing resolution, disputes are exclusively subject to Stockholm courts.
15. Variation & Termination
Coach may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services without notice for business, marketing, strategic, or market-driven reasons. Existing bookings continue until fulfillment. Clients may terminate at any time; no refunds for terminated Services except as expressly stated.
16. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining Terms remain in full effect.
17. Acceptance
By purchasing or using any Service, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
